We know there’s a thousand places you can go for a whiskey review- but at Whiskey 212, we like to add a bite of the Big Apple to our dram.
Each month, we’ll be focusing on a dram you can find at one of New York’s many fine cocktail bars, spirits parlors, sports bars, or dives.
We’ll share our experience with a new pour, talk to our bartenders/ servers about it, and experiment with it in cocktails and dishes (where applicable).
Rest assured, we’ll be digging a little deeper than just the classic “Nose, Palate, Finish…”
